You will take a role within the LEAP team

As part of EA’s Learning, Engagement, Analytics and Performance (LEAP) team, you will be responsible for partnering with subject matter experts from across EA’s diverse development studios and central teams to drive content and communications for EA’s online learning platform – EA Learn .

Online learning is a critical component of EA’s career development strategy, and you will play a central role in creating best-in-class online learning experiences, partnering with leadership to drive the EA Learn vision and roadmap, establishing online learning best-practices, communicating learning and other talent programs across the company, engaging with studios and central teams such as Frostbite to create shared learning plans, and evolving the role of EA Learn to ensure ongoing value and impact. Ultimately, you will be helping game teams and supporting teams ship diverse, innovative, amazing games.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role are focused on these areas:
Partner with subject matter experts to develop high-quality online learning materials
Produce video tutorials using audio, screen capture, and other presentation materials utilizing software such as: OBS Studios, Adobe Premiere, Captivate, and Adobe Audition.
Provide live admin support for EA Learn
Provide learning guidelines to subject matter experts by bringing a learning perspective to help develop learning outlines and deliver learning opportunities that have a high impact.
Develop craft-specific guided learning experiences for multiple disciplines including Art, Engineering, Design, Analytics, etc.
Communicate learning updates through a variety of social channels, including: Newsletters, Slack, Discourse and Confluence.
Track and communicate metrics in order to evaluate and impact the value of online learning initiatives.
Work with 3 rd parties such as LinkedIn Learning, Safari, Cornerstone and others to create a cohesive online learning experience.
Provide technical and live services support for core users of the EA online learning platform.

Experience and Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in a relevant field (Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Interactive Arts and Technology, etc.) or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 4years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of job-specific adult education programs using advanced instructional design and learning technologies such as Cornerstone.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to transform technical content into visually engaging and audience focused video tutorials.
Work independently with a high level of accountability.
Strong interpersonal skills to create positive relationships with subject matter experts across our global community.
Experience with video editing and eLearning software.
