ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK

Due to an internal transfer, the following position is available:

POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK

REPORTS TO: Shannon Phillips, VP Administration & Human Resources

DIV/DEPT.: SRS Kitchener, Admin

WORK SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

PROPOSED START DATE: As soon as possible

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in partnership with a diverse team of people to deliver the best possible service to our customers and help the business run as efficiently as possible.

Your key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:

Accounts Receivable including Reception

Daily Cash Deposit

Running a variety of reports and maintaining spreadsheets

All other duties assigned

Above all a willingness to ensure customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:
Some accounting and/or administrative education or relevant experience

An efficient, friendly, professional telephone manner and some experience in customer relations

Strong mathematical skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Positive communication, time management, and organizational skills

Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

A positive, supportive, team attitude and a sense of humour
